By creating an account or using the Brilia platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Platform

Brilia is a marketplace that connects learners with independent educators. Brilia is not itself an educational institution and does not employ educators. All educators are independent contractors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Brilia platform (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Brilia Pte. Ltd. Educators retain ownership of their teaching materials but grant Brilia a licence to display them on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brilia's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. Brilia is not liable for the quality of educational outcomes or for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Brilia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice. Outstanding payouts to educators will be processed within 14 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Singapore courts or SIMC mediation.
